459 12th Street
Brooklyn, New York City

WindowFix completed a project in a South Slope condominium, providing and installing a sophisticated Gamco non-thermally broken storefront system. This transformation not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the exterior but also contributed to the overall security and functionality of the space.

The exterior of the condominium now boasts a striking Gamco wide stile entry door, finished in a stylish dark bronze color. This door is not only visually appealing but is also equipped with ¼” clear laminated annealed safety glazing, ensuring both safety and durability. The use of high-quality materials reflects WindowFix’s commitment to delivering top-notch products that stand the test of time.

Within the interior of the condominium, an additional entry door was seamlessly integrated into the inner vestibule, complemented by a sidelight to maximize natural light flow. This thoughtful design not only adds to the visual appeal but also enhances the functionality of the space, creating an inviting and well-lit entrance area.

The door hardware selected for both entry points reflects a focus on security and convenience. An electric release mechanism adds a layer of sophistication and ease of access, while the inclusion of piano hinges ensures smooth and reliable operation. To further enhance safety and control, heavy-duty door closers were integrated, providing reliable closing and latching functionality.

Adding a touch of elegance to the overall design, both doors feature a sleek 72″ offset ladder pull handle. The brushed stainless finish not only complements the dark bronze color of the doors but also adds a modern and sophisticated element to the entrance. This carefully chosen hardware not only serves its functional purpose but also contributes to the overall aesthetic coherence of the space.

WindowFix’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this installation, from the choice of materials to the selection of hardware. The integration of a non-thermally broken storefront system not only enhances the visual appeal of the condominium but also improves energy efficiency, contributing to a more sustainable and comfortable living environment.

Beyond the aesthetic and functional improvements, the installation of this Gamco system demonstrates WindowFix’s commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of modern condominiums. The blend of style, security, and energy efficiency in this project reflects WindowFix’s dedication to delivering comprehensive and innovative window and door solutions.

In conclusion, the transformation of this South Slope condominium by WindowFix is a testament to the company’s expertise in delivering high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional window and door systems. The Gamco non-thermally broken storefront system, paired with carefully selected hardware, has elevated the entrance of the condominium, providing a seamless blend of style and security. WindowFix continues to set the standard for excellence in the industry, offering tailored solutions that enhance both the form and function of residential spaces.
