WindowFix seamlessly provided and installed a Gamco non-thermally broken storefront system for a South Slope condominium located in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District. Elevating the aesthetic appeal of the exterior, a glass Gamco wide stile entry door, resplendent in a chic dark bronze hue, was integrated, featuring ¼” clear laminated annealed safety glazing.

Complementing this main entrance, an additional entry door was strategically installed in the inner vestibule, accompanied by a sidelight to enhance natural light flow. The door hardware components included an electric release, piano hinges, and heavy-duty door closers, ensuring both functionality and security.

Adding a touch of sophistication to the condo’s entrance, both doors were adorned with a stylish 72″ offset ladder pull handle in an attractive brushed stainless finish. This design choice not only served a practical purpose but also contributed to the overall elegance and visual appeal of the entrance area.

The choice of the Gamco non-thermally broken storefront system showcased a commitment to quality and durability. This system is known for its robust construction and ability to withstand the elements, providing not just an aesthetically pleasing exterior but also ensuring long-term performance and reliability.

The glass Gamco wide stile entry door, in particular, served as a focal point, welcoming residents and guests with its distinctive design and dark bronze color. The integration of ¼” clear laminated annealed safety glazing not only enhanced the door’s visual appeal but also prioritized safety and security.

Within the inner vestibule, the additional entry door and sidelight were carefully selected to maintain a cohesive design while addressing the functional needs of the space. The inclusion of an electric release, piano hinges, and heavy-duty door closers underscored the commitment to both convenience and security.

The incorporation of the 72″ offset ladder pull handles in a brushed stainless finish was a deliberate choice to elevate the overall aesthetic of the entrance. Beyond their visual appeal, these handles provided a practical solution for easy and comfortable door operation. The brushed stainless finish added a touch of modernity and sophistication, enhancing the overall ambiance of the condominium’s entrance.

WindowFix’s meticulous attention to detail in the selection and installation of each component reflects a commitment to delivering not only functional solutions but also contributing to the aesthetic refinement of the South Slope condominium. The project exemplifies the synergy of form and function, where architectural considerations are seamlessly integrated with practical requirements.

In conclusion, WindowFix’s provision and installation of the Gamco non-thermally broken storefront system, coupled with the thoughtful selection of entry doors and handles, transformed the South Slope condominium’s entrance into a statement of sophistication and functionality. This project not only showcases our commitment to quality and design but also emphasizes our ability to harmonize various elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing architectural ensemble.
