Our Story
From One Man With a Van to a Fleet Across Three Service Areas
WindowFix began with our founder, John Cappello (JC), installing window treatments out of a single van. Along the way he discovered an unmet need for window repair, and WindowFix was born. Today JC rides on every van in our fleet, and the company he started serves New York, New Jersey and Westchester County.

Sometimes a part can be sourced; sometimes we custom-make it. If replacement is the better option, we walk you through supply-only or full install.

We handle drawings, specs, waterproofing and timelines, mapped out around what needs to be sourced or fabricated.
