WindowFix Inc. (“WindowFix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants every visitor to be able to learn about our windows, doors, glass and screen services, request a free estimate and reach our team. This statement explains how we approach accessibility on windowfix.com and how to contact us if you need help.

Our Commitment

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. This website has been designed and developed with the goal of conforming to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility Toolbar

Every page includes an accessibility toolbar. Select the Accessibility Options button in the bottom-left corner of the screen to open it. The toolbar lets you adjust the site to your needs, for example by making text bigger, increasing line spacing, changing text alignment, using a readable font, adjusting contrast or switching to grayscale, highlighting links, showing a stronger focus outline, pausing animations, hiding images, using a reading mask, viewing the page structure or having content read aloud. Your settings stay in place as you browse the site.

Language and Translation

Our website is written in English. You can also view it in other languages from the language menu at the top of any page. These translations are created automatically by Google Translate and may contain errors. The English version is the official version. Compatibility

This website is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers.

Limitations and Third-Party Content

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This may include older PDF documents, embedded videos and third-party tools that we link to but do not control, such as our financing application, online bill payment and text message sign-up form.
